RECRUITMENT - 

* What do I need to start?
You need to be female and over 18! It doesn't matter what background you have or if you have any qualifications, training will be given. You also need 2 forms of I.D - one to be proof of person and the other as proof of address (dated within the last 3 months)

* What do I get with my kit?
You receive a £500 kit to begin with. There is also the chance to earn up to another £170 worth with our new SuperStarter Scheme. Your kit will contain the basic stationery and some of the popular items from the catalogue

* Do I pay for my kit?
The kit rental is £3.50 a week for 32 weeks or until you bank £1200 for the company. Any kit earned through the SuperStarter Scheme is free. Items to the value of £500 have to be returned to the company if you leave

* How do I get parties?
You are self-employed so therefore it is down to you to build your business. Sometimes parties come from Head Office, but there is no guarantee for this.

* How many nights do I have to work?
Again, as you are Self-employed you work when you want. This can mean during the day or just at weekends. Your diary is completely flexible!

* What happens if I go on holiday or can't work for any reason?
This isn't a problem! You just simply avoid booking parties into that time, or if it is a matter of a last minute issue, there 9 times out of 10, there will always be someone in your unit that can cover it for you!

* Is there minimum order?
There is no minimum order that either you or your guests have to meet (unless they want their free hostess gift), but orders come by courier are free for delivery and free to return items!

* How much do I earn?
You earn a earn 25% on all orders and then extra on a raffle! On a good night, you can easily come away with £150 for a few hours work!

* What benefits and discount do I get?
The main discount is the 25% off all orders, including personal ones! There are also plenty of chances to win holidays, spa vouchers, jewellery, you name it, it can be won! 

* Do I have to attend meetings?
You do not have to attend meetings if you can not get there, online training is available. Attending meetings though is a great opportunity to meet other Ambassadors and get hands on training.

 

* Is there a chance for company progression?
There is always chance for company progression, once you have been a Party Ambassador for so long and started to build your own 'team', then you can promote to a Team Ambassador (manager) which means greater earnings and company car opportunities. Then if you go even further... then who knows?!

* Do I have to drive?
No you don't have to drive - some of our most long standing ambassadors still don't drive even after 10 years or so! It does help, but there are always ways around not driving!

* What can I win? 
There are plenty of things to win (some are mentioned above) but we also aim for bars on our "Ladder of Success' :)

* Can I work with a friend?
Yes you can work with a friend, but please note, if only one of you 'signs up', then it will only be one name on the winnings and only one thing can be won per competition!
