PARTY BOOKINGS - 

 

* Do I have to pay anything?

Ann Summers parties are FREE! You just pay for the products you buy and a bit of extra money for raffles.

 

* What does the Hostess need to do?

A few weeks before your party, I will send out a party pack that contains all the details you will need to know! It will contain the invites for you to hand out so you can let people know about your party and any other offers.

Then on the night, all you need to do is get the drinks & nibbles in and then RELAX!

 

* My item doesn't fit properly, can I get my money back?

You can return products to your local store or our warehouse within 30 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange for a different size or colour. Please note that all items returned must be in their original unopened packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Due to hygiene and security reasons, certain items can’t be returned unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. All goods will be inspected on return. The following items are non returnable unless in their original packaging and unused

• DVDs

• Books

• Sex Toys

• Condoms

• Lubricants

• Massage oils

• Goods that by reason of their nature can’t be returned - (Items such as underwear, where the ’hygiene patch’ has been removed, or cosmetics where the seal has been broken).

 

* When should I book my party for?

Obviously it is best to let me know as early as possible as this will not only give you enough time to make sure your friends are free, but it will give me time to arrange your party pack and things for your party! This also means you get the date that you want! :)

 

* Will I get to see a new catalogue?

There is a new catalogue produced every 6 months, however, every 3 months Head Office update it to show the seasonal items. E.g. In October, the Christmas lines will be included! Depending on the time of year, various leaflets are shown, e.g. our Halloween outfits, which will not feature in the catalogue 

 

* What do I get for hosting a party?

Each month has a different hostess offer available, so please see 'hostess gifts'

 

* Who can I invite to the party?

Any females over 18 are allowed to attend your party - NO MEN ALLOWED. They are, however, allowed to order and therefore boost your hostess discount! Some Ambassadors will allow OPENLY GAY MEN to the parties as long as you and your guests are aware and fully agree, so please check with myself before hand.

 

* How do deliveries work?

Untill June, all orders will be delivered to me, I will deliver to the hostess. The delivery will depend upon my cut off and delivery day. If someone decides they wish to pay at a later time, card details can be taken and all orders will be placed then. It is possible for me to arrange a next day delivery, but please note you will be required to pay the courier charge for this service! 

 

* What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash or card payment on the night is preferred or I accept card payments for a future date. (Not AmEx)

 

* What will happen at my party?

* Will everyone know what I have bought?

Quite simply, no! Only if you tell them! All orders are packaged in Ann Summers pink bags and then sealed with just your name on!
